The staff here treated us like royalty and was always looking for ways to accommodate - especially Ashton, the assistant restaurant manager.

Was bad surprised by the executive package: Service and food selection was poor on executive lounge at 27th floor. Breakfast ar 2nd floor and rooms are good.

Internet access over wi-fi is not perfect. Need to reconnect and make login every 15 min if use Skype or Viber on Apple devices. Really make me mad.

Strongly recommended: facilities, services and cost are all excellent. I especially like the design of the private room of Man Ho Chinese restaurant, " modern traditional"

Beers are expensive at bar - head around behind the hotel to the 7/11 and get a six pack for the same cost
