Beef noodle soup shop at the south of the market makes great chewy noodles, although beef is pretty hard.

台北市内の夜市で個人的には一番気に入りました。グルメ率が高いかな。少し郊外にありますので、タクシーで行かれるのをおすすめします。地下鉄でしたら龍山寺駅から徒歩約20分程です。
