The clerks and librarians are always friendly and will let you know if other holds that haven't been shelved are available, so you don't have to make a return trip.

Not clean. Rude employees. Noisy. Takes forever to get a book you ordered from another branch. Limited book selection. Strange patrons that talk to themselves. There are better options elsewhere

Brand new everything. But same people not knowing how to behave in a library. No talking. One person per computer.
