I just spent another couple of truly fantastic days at the Lenox. From the charming & genuinely friendly staff, to the sumptuous rooms & toasty warm fireplaces it's always a pleasure to visit & stay.

Simply fantastic! Every time I've stayed it's been an absolute pleasure. Great location, wonderful rooms, and tremendous staff. Five 🌟 all the way. 😄🇺🇸.

Wicked awesome hotel‼️ The concierge, Casey, was the sweetest person in Boston and took care of us. Tell her The Stickers from TX said "hello".

The 214-room Lenox sits smackdab in the middle of choice Back Bay, with its shopping and tourist-y spots. Rates remain, however, affordable, starting in the $200s. Perfect for tourists in the summer.

Quaint, cozy, Sinatra on the background, smells so good makes me feel warm and fuzzy. The toiletries, Khiels. Very nice. Have a drink at Solas or City Bar.

Best customer service I've had at a hotel. Everyone was amazing & attentive. Location was perfect too. The gluten free brownies didn't hurt. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Boston.

Their Kir Royale is not on the menu but I live for great service and amazing oysters! Perfect place to be with friends and feel fabulous at every turn.

One of the best hotels in Boston. If you ask for a drink when you arrive they'll bring one up to your room, nice touch! Also huge walk-in closets are a very nice bonus!

The Executive fireplace room is just the best to stay in wintertime. Just ring the guest service and one will come up to light the real wood fireplace!

Built in 1900, the 11-story Lenox Hotel was once the tallest building in Boston. It's safe to assume that the Lenox also had the best views in town!
