Upmarket chain pub. The food’s decent, there’s both cask & craft, & the place has a pleasant, relaxed vibe. But the service was rather slow & the cracks in the rustic tables could do with a clean.

If you want to eat, book in advance, gets c busy on weekends! Usually a table available for a few drinks if you forget!

Excellent pub with a really good restaurant. Get a spot by the fire to enjoy winter nights with a bottle of red!

If you ever see a stringy beanpole of a Headteacher at the Fox avoid him at all costs. He can be a grumpy bugger! :0)
