Plan to spend 30 mins to an hour in line. And be advised, there is NO automated system available to purchase postage.

Very well lit, clean location. Employees are very polite and helpful but there is usually only one register open. As a result, the wait times have caused me to leave at visit the UPS store.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The staff here is irritable and rude. You're best off getting a package delivered all the way downtown than this stupid office.

Going to this branch on Saturday morning is a near-third-world experience (for efficiency, to be clear). Prepare to wait in line for a half an hour at least.

When I think of a post office, I don't think great customer service! But 55th St gets it! I love the postlady with the 'various' hairstyles, ie. kool-aid red, spikes. She's so knowledgeable & helpful.
