You don’t have to go to cafe Gambrinus first but can instead do straight to the address. It’s well posted and you buy the ticket there before proceeding down. Be aware, some tunnels are narrow.

No need to go to the meeting point at Cafe Gambrinus, they will just redirect you here to buy the tickets and wait.
