The Diocese of Laoag should do something about the sound system. You can hear the mass better at the northern front entrance than while inside the church itself.

If you wish to attend the 9am mass, bring extra chairs and fan with you. :)

Even though the church itself is open only at specific times & schedules during the day, its adoration chapel through the back is open 24/7.
